Judging by the bases its a Sako A7 with a metal bolt shroud.
Quick question does the bolt make a noise when operating it? I heard that fluting a Sako bolt will make a clicking or ticking sound when the extractor pin slides over the flutes?

Yeah A7. Bases and the trigger guard would be the giveaways. As for your question.........extractor pin sliding over the flutes? Not even possible. No discernible difference in bolt operation after it was fluted. Still throws opens and closes like a greased minnow.

I've never closed a greased minnow before.

Very much like what you've done with that rifle. Congrats on a nice rig!
