75% of retail but offers will likely be in 65% range. Like new to me may not be the same for you. No minor marks on wood or metal as if it came out of box. Seen lots of guys say like new and it was good to very good with the odd minor handling mark but like new is exactly that with no handling marks to me.
$300 + or - but the last time I sold one new in the store they were only $479 and I am assuming that has changed with inflation and exchange rates.

Is it an 870 Express with a modified choke tube in it...or...an older 870 Wingmaster with a fixed/modified choke barrel? There are 3 (pretty common) 20ga. 870s out there and they all differ in value. Yours is mostly likely an Express or you would have said otherwise.

They are very decent guns btw, we have an 870 "Youth" Express that has the 21" barrel, Remchoke, laminate stock, etc. It's one of the favourites in our house...and my other 20ga. is a Citori! Everyone reaches for that 870 first.
