Last weekend was Ok for 4x4. Was a trail off both boat launches but people didn't venture far. I didn't make it to the narrows. Usual fishing, small jacks, lock jaw perch and the odd walleye.
Was there today, truck travel was okay off the first launch at provincial park but was sketchy as soon as you got off the main trail. Few small pike and a couple small perch in 9 fow, my son had fun....
My favourite central AB lake, but not fished the ice for many years.
But from May - July we would tag out on B and A class walleye no problem.
And always keep one tag til the final hour so we can keep at it, ha.

I just checked and the B class Walleye for Long isn’t showing, I hope it’s a mistake. They do show A and C, there was always B tags there.
It’s not mentioned in the Changes and no prior notice if they did scrap the B class.
That really sucks as our family are all P2 for B class, uggh.
I guess I gotta make a call to get this confirmed.
