The only thing wrong with Blue and Reds is the price. Otherwise they are excellent.

Another nod for the Victory VAPS...The TKO's although pricey are a deadly accurate arrow.

Hey sorry, noon question here. I just bought a used bow. And he sent me some arrows with them. They are Victory VAP armour piercing. I wanna pick up another dozen. Just wondering where you can pick these up. None in my city. Do I have to Arden them online? Also looking for the adaptor inserts called Firenock 5.89. As well instead of fletching, they have these red circular things on them. Have no clue what they call them. Any help would be appreciated.

Where is your city? I would suggest taking it into a shop and making sure the arrows are correctly set-up for the bow (weight, length, spine, etc). You can order them online if you want once you know all the specs. Pretty sure firenocks are available only online. and the red circular things are called FOBS, just a different type instead of fletchings.

I'm in Medicine Hat. But I'm in Calgary quite a bit. I wouldn't mind actually having a good shop look it over, and make sure it's all in spec. It's an elite answer. What's the best shop in Calgary to go have them take a look and make sure it's set up right, and get some more arrows. Wouldn't mind a few quick lessons. I've basically been teaching myself from utube vids. lol It seems fine, I can get them in the bullseye at 20 yards. But some pro advise would be great.

I ended getting some victory vap gamers in 350 spine pretty happy with them do far deep penetration on targets but easy to pull back out

I love the reds for hunting but target they don't penetrate due to material there made out of Sure sticks good but that don't matter hunting wise

I have used that shaft for hunting, target and 3d. Time and again they prove how tough they are. Case in point, I have shot two mule deer, an elk and a coyote with exactly the same arrow (after inspection, putting new broad head on each time) and that arrow is still the first one that comes out of my quiver.

If I switch I'll probably check out fmj just because the tentest from targets I shoot doesn't stick to them.
