Anyone buy anything from Zwilling ever?

I purchased a vacuum sealer with reusable bags from the website that said it would be shipped within a few days and ships with standard shipping, 3 weeks go by and I email them to see where my stuff could possibly be, lo and behold it had just shipped the day before, here goes another 3 weeks and I still haven't seen it... It surely couldn't take 3 weeks to ship something via standard shipping on UPS from Ontario to Alberta could it? Very frustrating. They even gave me a tracking number that hasn't been updated since I got it 3 weeks ago.

UPS is brutal, especially when delivering to smaller towns.

Hey man, I've had some pretty crummy shipping when ordering from them too. I just waited it out and everything eventually seems to arrive.

I have the same vacuum sealer and it's actually quite good. Worth the wait.

That's good to hear, just very frustrating when you expect something to arrive when they say it's supposed to
