Default 12mm dovetail picatinny rail adapter

I am looking to mount this style of site on to a 12mm dovetail:
Daniel Defense A1.5 Detachable Fixed Rear Sight

Can anyone suggest a picatinny rail adapter that would work?

Weaver makes a 11 MM to Pic rail, it will also fit 12 MM, though I have never seen a true 12, most are 9.5 (3/8"), 11 or 13. It is probably the least expensive option. There are lots of other people that make them if you want to spend more.

Thanks for the suggestion.
It is for a Baikal izh-94 Taiga so the number quoted for the rail is 12 mm, but this may be a European rounding thing.
Is the rail measured from top edge to edge?

Looking at Amazon, there is this adapter, that says it is for 11mm dovetail rails, https://www.amazon.ca/daronde-tactiq...8Y3ZSXD32CWA98.

Dovetail is usually measured by the width of the groove not top edge to top edge in north america but many European measurements are the widest part, so top edge to edge. . If you have a caliper I would check both measurements and see which they are quoting.

Thanks for the explanation and the link. I do have calipers so I'll do the measurements you suggested.
