Check out Tire Warehouse on the South Side. They just did my inspection. Their price is (if I remember correctly) $90 for the inspection, and $90 for an alignment if required. Their website has a $20 coupon off the alignment. I had one issue with them concerning the inspection, and that's the date they put on the form. They put Oct 30th, 2010, rather than Oct 2nd, 2010. Overall, a less that major annoyance.
