Default Smoky River Speed?

Hey guys i have conoed the smokey river from bazanson bridge down to watino a few years back for a weekend but it was sometime in the dead of summer. im wondering what the speed of the river is like this time of year? never river hunted before and was thinking it might be an intresting experience. but dont want to get into any heavy rapids or a parade up jet boats screaming by me every 5 minutes i would be using a 12' alum fishing boat with just a troller motor on it with oars. downstream only 1 way trip haha.

I've gone in October with a jetboat, same area. Unsure of the speed of the river, but water levels were low by then and no other traffic because of that. There are a few sections that get pretty chute-y.
