Default Game Birds and Tags

Hello,

I`m going to be new to hunting in Alberta, this is my first season. I plan on hunting some game birds, mostly just partridge and grouse, maybe a few ducks. It doesn`t seem to say anything in the regulations about tagging such birds. It mentions tagging turkeys but not anything about a grouse. Do I need a tag for these animals or is having the game bird license enough.

Thanks

No tags for grouse or wild pheasants, no, just two licences, one for upland birds and another specifically for pheasants.

Not to forget the migratory permit, if hunting waterfowl.
