Default Concrete Floor Sealer/Paint

After finally getting approval to build my hangar on the home quarter, I will be pouring a heated slab floor. I know google is your friend but I would like to know if a Member has a recommendation for a concrete floor sealer that also has colour options. I would like someone that has actually used the product.

No there are no leaks expected or tolerated but I want to be able to keep it as dust free as possible.

Thanks!!

Call Bryan at hard rock developments here in Calgary . He has every kind of concrete product you can imagine.

Careful if you get Chrystal at Hard Rock Developments.. she answers the phone as if you just interrupted her Soap Operas at a suspenseful moment. And god forbid you ask her to get you pricing on one of their products.

Seems like a cranky old bird - I just hung up and shopped for another provider for what I was looking for. Home Hardware has acid and concrete stains etc.

Before sealing/painting a power troweled concrete floor an acid etch is necessary for adhesion, followed by rinsing with water and a thorough dry.
Call Devoe Coatings Edmonton 780 454 4900. They have everything you might need for concrete coatings. Ask about Devran 224 epoxy paint. Comes in several colors.
