Default Vihtavuori Powder
Why are these powders so expensive compared to Hodgdon and IMR etc. ?

The containers are typically larger.

Cause we're Canadian. the IMR series of powders are made in Quebec, exported to the US and then re-imported for sale to us lowly peons.

I just came back from Utah and stopped in at a Bass Pro just for the heck of it. They had Varget for $27.99 on the shelf and on sale for $21.00 per pound or $155.00 for 8 lbs. Made me sick even with the exchange rate.

i use mostly vihtavuori they arent any more expensive.
