Buddy found two dead bucks with the horns all locked up, pretty big set of antlers I guess about 7x7 on one ol buck. Would be an excellant corner mount, can he sell this if he wanted?

First of all. This is "found dead wildlife" and as such I believe he has to get a permit from F&W to legally have these horns. They would be able to give you an Idea as to whether or not you can sell these.

With a found dead permit animal you can only sell it to another Alberta resident. Posession has to be transfered through F&W.

Did he recently find them? Not sure why two big bucks would be locked up this time of year.
