Default Meindl Alaskan Hunter

I’m looking for input from anyone who has these boots, the good, the bad and the ugly if there is any.

Thanks.

I have the Meindl Denali and Perfekt hunter boots. Tried the Alaskans out and the Denail fit my foot better. Pretty much the same boot minus a little insulation and one inch of height. Both boots have been great. No leaks. The Denali's are a great mountain boot (or for anything that involves walking)

I found Meindl's to have a wider forefoot. The Hanwag, Lowa, and Scarpa boots I've tried all rub on the side of my right big toe. With the Meindl's I have no issues. Awesome boots!!

I have a set of Meindl boots, can't remember the model. They fit well and are comfortable. Only thing I will say is that mine are very flat in the front (toe angle is about 90 degrees), on a recent Mountain Goat hunt it was very tough to try and dig the toes into semi-frozen rocks/dirt. Boots that are a bit more pointy I guess might have made that easier.
