Sea Foam on Sale $8.99
For those of you that use as much Sea Foam as I do it is on sale at Napa for 8.29. That is $4.00 off CTs prices. I buy them 12 at a time, they come in 24 to a case. At this price it is cheaper than the 4 Litre Jug of Sea Foam and you get the individual use cans.

I thought "sea foam" had something to do with a tobacco pipe.
Ya know - Meerschaum which is German for Sea Foam.
Can't afford one myself.

That stuff is witchcraft.
All my small engines run fantastically now just by adding some of this potion.
I don’t know what the catch is, but I’m afraid to find out.

I bought a couple of cans to try before too cause that is what the NAPA guy told me too. It is on sale again today for $4.99. Not the same stuff. Went back to the original. Sea Foam is 8.99 for those confused by the dif in price between the header and the body on original; post.

I have a Meerschaum pipe, don't smoke so just for show because I think it looks neat. Never knew it meant sea foam in German.

I buy and use Sea Foam too, but to be honest I really don't know if the stuff actually does anything at all to benefit my engines. Every time I buy and use the stuff, I wonder if I'm being suckered, and wasting my money.
Have there ever been any 'independent' studies done on products like Sea Foam?

Rototiller, chainsaw, and ice auger off the top of my head.
Went from junk to fine running order in one tank of gas.
I suppose if you don’t run neglected old junk like I do, maybe it wouldn’t make such a huge difference.

How much do you mix in your chainsaw gas?

Sea Foam on Sale $8.99
Today's fuel is garbage when it comes to shelf life, do yourself a favour and use it. I'm a huge fan of seafoam and amsoil fuel conditioner.

I used about 2 ounces for my auger and chain saw gas mixed in a 2 gallon can,so far so good.I get better gas mileage in my truck after ever cleaning,1/3 in the tank,1/3 before your oil change and run it 100 miles or so then drop your oil, then 1/3 into my air intake line to my engine till it stalls .Let sit for 20 minutes than take it for good ride, hammer down a few times to get rid of all the carbon build up.Has to be done when engine is already warm, don't do it on a cold engine.
I do boat motors at camp with it, any sticky carbs get cleaned out, plus in my first tank of the season I add an ounce or 2.then in my last tank in the fall, before I store them away same deal.

My Bad :
I should have said; " ... any independent 'Scientific' studies done by certified labs ..."
No offence intended, but 'anecdotal' evidence (he said / she said) ain't worth squat in the real world. I'm guessing there has been no real legitimate studies done on products like Sea Foam, so all we are left with is hollow/empty advertising hype. This reminds me of the Snake Oil pitches of old

I believe in Sea Foam, the Easter Bunny, UFOs ....
Actually, Aliens only when I had a few too many, just like the Easter Bunny.
BUT FOR SEA FOAM!!!!
Yes the stuff works. Trouble is, I got one neighbour's lawn mower to run again using this stuff, and a few days later another neighbor came by with a dead lawn mower, and so on.
Don't be that guy who can get stuff going again for friends and family. Throw up your hands and tell them they need to spend $150 at the small engine shop.
