new money and expertise enter oil and gas business
Considering the historical failure of communist and socialist Governments attempt to supply goods and services at a reasonable competitive prices.
What are the chances that business experts like Rachel Notley and company can successfully manage building and operating upgrading plants to produce value added oil and gas products?
They have deep pockets, like all our tax money. We are willing to work 6 months and give all the money we make to the Govt. now, what is another month of slavery to take it to 7 months.

Almost every major plant out there was subsidized! So this is a good thing! Maybe stick with tarps and stoves! You're amazing with those!! And I mean that really impressive!

elected officals doing business management
Thank you for the stove comment and yes tent stoves /chimneys interest me but I also have to say something when I see the messes made by idealist Socialists when they get to rule in any country and try to supply goods and services. Private industry always has more and better ideas when it comes to supplying goods and services and that includes the healthcare business.
From what I heard in recent declarations by our new Alberta socialists is that they intend to build and operate upgrader plants.
Is it possible that the reason upgrading has not been done in Alberta is because the best brains in private industry can not see a way to make a profit .
Elected officials sometimes think they can pick winners to back, investing and sometimes loosing tax payers money like was done by the so called conservative govt. in the past.
What are Notley's reasons for putting public money and management by elected officials into to oil and gas upgrading business? Does she or they know something that those in private industry do not know?

Makes you laugh doesn't it. It's all about supporting the troops, and protecting democracy, but then it becomes the Government democracy elected are idiots!
Wildrose or NDP it didn't matter, we needed a change.

Im no supporter or government being involved in business.
But, at this point, anything would be welcome if its puts some hard working Albertans back to work.
