Be aware that there is a maximum combined length in Alberta for such configurations.
Also these type of configurations are TABOO in BC.
Food for thought.

Dick ... 1)What is the max length for this deal in AB?
2)Where can I find a web site for info?
Thanks for the heads up on this ... 'preciate it as I pull a 24' 5th wheel & either a boat or quad trailer.

Triple towing is only allowed in Manitoba, Sask, and Alberta. In Alberta the length is restricted to 66 ft. and in the other two it a little over 75 ft.

Thanx for the info. I was aware of the lenght restrictions and provincial regulations. In addition to these rules the fifth wheel must also have at least two axels in tandem and the fifth wheel trailer must be larger and heavier than the tag trailer. I had a hitch reciever on my old fifth wheel trailer welded on at the welding shop in calgary but I would like to know if there is somewhere else I could have this done. I have been pulling the b-train for a few years and besides accelerated wear on my boat tires and gasing up the truck I have never had any problems with this rig.

I thought I read a memo somewhere (MV office maybe?), stating as of 1/1/2008 this will no longer be allowed in AB.
