Default More what the heck are these antique tools

Anyone have an idea what these 2 items are?

The first one looks like some sort of wrench. The round knob on the hook end rotates. It is 15 inches long and heavy solid metal. It has raised letters A 10 on it.

And not sure what the second one might be used for. It almost looks like something like a dough cutter, except it has a sharp point. 12" in length.

Could the second one be for cutting the blubber off a whale? Size scale would sure help.

The first one looks like it may bevel or bead something. Maybe fold and crimp something.

the top one looks like what i use at work to tighten or loosen stubborn big valve handles by increasing the leverage but not really.
im going with barrel opener type unit or lifting a cylinder lid...
the second one is for something i dont know what it does.

I was thinking for opening crimped on lids. See DP 45.

I posted this because it reminds me of a tool my Grandfather used in his trucking business. He bought oil for his trucks in 45 gal. drums, to pour the oil the spout was threaded on with the barrel upright then tipped on its side. A tool like the one pictured was used to turn the drum so the spout was on the bottom. That was 50 years ago so I'm not entirely certain of what the tool looked like.
