I feel that I'm at particularly high risk of suffering a water related death, being as I work with water day in and day out. I've also heard that water can be hot enough to produce severe burns, and also converted into highly lethal steam.

One more interesting fact about water.

Water can cut marble, stone, Metal, plastic, wood and stainless steel as thin as five thousandths of an inch and up to four inches thick, with great precision.

Dihydrogen monoxide is also the leading cause of death in nautical disasters; it also costs the shipping industry immense amounts of money in fuel.
