Great to see, December goose hunts are the best! I’m just starting a little goose-cation down that way myself and have a shoot lined up for tomorrow.
Just curious what time they flew?

Right away at legal light. I wasn't ready yet, putting on my ghillie suit pants when I had to stop to take two down. Limited out at 0915.

Different days have different results. Sometimes it doesn't get busy until after 0900. I wanted to hunt the wind but the wind didn't come as expected...….was supposed to be over 100 km/h but maybe saw some 50 km/h gusts today.

I have to confess...……………..the moose viewed through the window is actually a moose bobble-head on my dash.

If you are looking for geese, I can tell you there aren't any...…..more. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If I find you in my goose patch, that'll be the end of it.

Great, thanks. Just trying to get a general idea of where my panic level is going to be at tomorrow morning at 8. Can’t wait!
