Default Sako m995 action screw tourqe

I picked up a used rifle this week and took the barreled action out of the stock to check out the arca rail installation. The action screws weren't very snug and after searching the web, it seems that 65lbs is the recommended tourqe for these rifles. It seems quite high to me so I thought I'd ask some of you that have a M995 model what you use for your tourqe settings. Thanks in advance.

Always best to stick with what the manufacturer recommends, after all they are the ones that should know best.
