Default Anyone know what this is?

Does anyone know what this is? I think it is a Russian Vostok target pistol, but not sure.

Rapid fire target pistol, looks like a TOZ.

Thanks.

I found it in a shop in Kabul. He also has a 30cal HK USPTACI. I can't find anything on the net confirming this, and it does not look like any other USP model I have seen.

Afghanistan? If so, wow. I've heard in the arms markets in Pakistan there are artisans who can make copies of just about any gun with not much more than A few files.
Edit: here's a YouTube link http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FinRqCocwGE

I have seen some of those too. I spent a fair bit of time in Islamabad, and there are some gun shops in Rawalpindi that produce some beautiful guns. Mostly copies of other guns such as Tokarevs and Glocks.

I was looking at starting a business importing them to Canada. The one shop built a modern Tokarev with ports on the barrel and a larger magazine all in polished steel. I will try to find the pictures. The owner said his factory could build me rifles in any chambering if I just game him a casing. Most of his rifles were built on a mauser action, and had nice wood frames. I started the process with the Federal Government, but ran into issues with the Edmonton city as my house was not large enough for what I wanted to do to get a business license from them.
