Why is it that Sako magnum rifles carry 4 rounds in the clip and most other rifles that I know of only carry 3? When handling a Sako rifle the stock doesn't appear to be any thicker than other rifles? Just something I have always wondered and was hoping someone could provide some input. Thanks.
I see it as brilliant engineering, utilizing the space effectively and still permitting one of the smoothest feeds in the business
That is why I have and will spend the extra coin to buy the Sakos
Thye Tikka T3 mags are a single stack therefore only 3 for a mag rifle ( I have 2 T3's in the LS 270WSM models). My Sako m75 SS300WM mag has the capacity of 4 plus one in the chamber if you like. The Sako clip is a staggering shell stack where the Tikka are one on top of the other..
Buy a Sako and be very happy as mentioned. I have a few. The Tikka T3's are great too for the $$$, but I prefer my Tikka T3's in the LS models.
How many bullets ya need!In most my shot opportunities only one leaves the barrel, maybe the second for a follow up.Much more than that I think it's called hope shooting.
