All the major reloading companies offer kits, some include dies others dont. FWIW all die sets have the same thread so they will fit in diffrent manuf'd presses.
Some kits are a bit more comprehensive than others, some offer case trimmers for example while other do not.
Try a search on the web for; Lee, RCBS, Lyman, Hornady, and Redding, look at their kit offerings, then call the major players for reloading equipt like, P&D, SIR, Wholesale, Russells, Higginson, and see what is in stock and do a price comparrison.
A quick list of equiptment would be:
Press
Dies
Priming tool
Shell holder
Case trimmer
scale
Powder measure
powder trickler
chamfer/deburring tool
primer pocket cleaner.
Loading manual(make sure you have more than one)
Other tools not always included in kits is:
dial calipers
You will also need powder, bullets and primers, and cases if you do not have any(keep them all the same head stamp)
Powders to consider are Varget, IMR4064, IMR4320, IMR 4895, H4895
Primers,.. well it may take only one try, or 4 tries to find the magic one, same with all the components, you just dont make a bunch of loads and hope for tack driving accuracy, it takes time and tinkering to come up with "THE" load.
good luck.
