What region (N/S E/W) of the city? I'll keep my eye out for him and perhaps you can take him on that country drive....

Ring makes a motion sensing floodlight with 1080p camera,
2 way voice and a siren alarm. It saves the vid to the internet and gives you an alert on your phone so you can see it all in real time.

They're kind of pricey though at over $300 a cam.

Pretty cheap and easy to install. I have 3 of them around the outside.

I use ispy to record video but it wasn't open of course.

I was thinking of installing a motion light now too. Anyone have a good one they can suggest?

My buddy is a Sargent in the force. He sent the photo off to the lab.

I bought mine at Costco, made by Lights of America. Dual LEDs, light output is 3200 lumens, fully adjustable. Lights up my entire backyard. They don't always have in stock so you have to watch for them. Think it was right round $50.

Motion lights work great, just be considerate of neighbors.. As in make sure it's not shining into their bedroom everytime it lights up.
