Default Choke tubes?

I’m thinking of buying a specialty choke tube for my Benelli Vinci shotgun, but know next to nothing about them. Can anybody tell me which one they like best? 90% of our waterfowl shooting is over decoys. Thanks for your advice.

The biggest advantage that I found is that the extended chokes are easier to remove and clean, and the aftermarket chokes like Trulocks seem to be made of better metal and stand up better.

Pattern Master make some extended chokes. Careful what ammo you are shooting as some flight control wads are not to be shot through extended choke tubes.

Extended chokes are fine, but wad stopper chokes don't work well with some flight control wads..

I got a set of the carlson cremator extended Chokes for mine and my son's gun. When patterning them I did notice a significant improvement in overall patterns. Not all ammo patterned great, but pretty much all of what I tested patterned better than from the factory choke.

For a few years, I used a Briley extended LM, and it produced nice even patterns with the loads that I tried, and was a good, all around choke. Then I switched to a Patternmaster Code Black Goose, and the patterns were as even, but significantly tighter, which works better at longer range, but the smaller pattern does make it more difficult to hit close range targets, and if you center the pattern on the breast at close range, it pretty much destroys the bird. So for the person that tries to center the bird in the pattern, the LM is a better choice, for the person that targets the head/neck, and is better at placing the pattern, the Patternmaster may be a better choice.
