What a roller coaster of a day that was!!

I went from spotting my first ram at 0700.

Babysat him for better than 6hrs till I watched him get aired out in his bed by another hunter

Helped pack him off the mt with the lucky hunter.

Headed back to camp frustrated with what I thought was going to be a downer of a story.....but it turned out to be a funny one when I saw this hog of a ram sitting by the fire when I got back.

Truly one of my favourite hunting memories RyRy. Thank you and a big hug to you and your family Bro

The next morning we broke camp and headed to Vegas baby!! Unfortunately Vegas meant cell service and I found out my house burned down while we were celebrating RyRy's ram

Hard to believe that was a year ago!!!!!!!!

Well, I figure I'll either win the one more for four draw in Reno in January or draw a Montana tag. Maybe some outfitter up in Alberta will take pity on a displaced Albertan and give me a sweetheart deal on a hunt for next fall.
