Default Goose leg recipe

Does anyone have any goose leg recipes. My attempts making them have only resulted in moderate success. Thanks

I had a buddy who used to brown them in a frying pan then place them in a roast pan and pour grape kool aid over them then roast them at 250 for about 6 hours. Sounds like a strange thing, grape kool aid but they were tasty as hell. Another friend used to put a bunch rubbed with olive oil and generously sprinkled with fresh ground pepper in the slow cooker on low for about 8 hours. They were very tasty imo.

Try out brads goose leg recipe. I had the pleasure of having these made by the man himself and holy crap are they good. I would probably choose them over actual ribs.
