It was voluntary when I was there in Nov to submit heads

I have the draw for the zones surrounding the base...just looking for a meat bull...would be happy to take out a problem hay bale eater, but not sure if the landowners are in any mood to have hunters poking about (I respect the stress they must be under)...anyone know if the the community pastures open up again?
