Yes it does. It matters more then than when there is plenty! Seriously what school of economics do you hold to?

So, which will have a greater affect in the long term? A fiscally liberal and spendy government during a boom, or a recession? Do you start spending more money when you lose 60% of your hours or less?

The Liberals historically have finanacially bled Alberta to remove power, and for good reason. They'll do it again under PET jr. too. It DOES matter.
