canoeing in calgary and area

hi everyone

im new to canoeing ang fishing ,can somebody tell me where to canoe and fish at the same time in calgary and sorrounding areas, and it would be good if i can use the trolling motor of my canoe in those areas.

Bow, little elbow, sheep rivers. Not sure about a trolling motor, check the regs.

Try Glenmore Res. You can launch at Heritage park or south or north Glenmore park. Great for Pike, Trout, Burbs and Perch. No motors though...Good luck!!

thanks very much for the info ,appreciated, maybe i can also go to chestermere lake
