Default Wow this is GOOD!

Not sure where to put this, but I had to share this easy recipe!
VERY EASY!!
Cut Venison into 1 inch cubes then marinate in either store bought Italian salad dressing or whip up your own ( that is what I did ) for 3-4 hrs.
Then take the Cubes and wrap them in Bacon strips and secure with toothpicks .
Grill over Med high till the bacon gets crispy. Then roll them in BBQ sauce and grill for another 2-4 minutes.
Done!
SSSSOOOOOOO good, even the Wife who doesn't like eating Cute animals Liked them and ate way more then I thought she would .
Hope you Give it a try.

I cook alot of wild game this way. I do ducks the same way except for the bbq at the end.

Try adding a Jalapeno slice if you like a little zing.

I am not sure were I got the recipe from, but I have written down that it works great for fish just use a Chicken and rib BBq sauce with the fish.

I think I got it from a Mag. It was about 15-20 yrs ago, I didn't hunt, or knew anybody who did, but I always new I was going to give it a try. Tender age of 42, I now have a use for the recipe !

It is also great injected into a pig roast, a rooster, or anything done on the BBQ, or in the smoker!!! Jalapeno makes for a zesty addition.
