Cardamom Oreo Chocolate Chip Banana Skillet Bread

Was at a friends house on the weekend and I took over a skillet bread for desert.

She asked if I could make more. I said that it heated the house up and would wait for cooler weather. So on Sunday she shows up with a new convection toaster oven that I can easily carry and place outside on the deck for cooking outside on hot days.

Dang it.

All my good excuses are gone-I hate when people listen to my words
But am grateful for the gift. Cut my bake time from 45 minutes to 30 minutes

I just made the addition of 1/2 cup Oreo Crumbs and 1/3 cup Chocolate chips and left out any nuts

Was out of vanilla-so threw in shot of Espresso

Had a get together pot luck on Sunday at Wab, I was told to bring desserts. They seem to like the brownie and banana bread
