Default Now what??!!

Crap get gown to the lake lot yesterday and find that my power line is down !!
Crap if it isn't one thing it 's another with this place!
Everybody else's line going across the road north of me and south has their line intact.
The only thing we can figure is there was a truck load of sand delivered to the lot next to us- his line is on the other side of his approach .
Soooo, driver dumps, pulls put, forgets to drop the box right away and ...,!
The breaker was still intact on the main pole , wires hanging.
I phoned Fortis and the nice lady said" Sir it is reading that you service is still energized"
I said " that may be, but my line is not there!!"
She mobilized the on call team and to their credit they had a new line string to my pole in jig time !
Only took a few hours from the time I called.
Just wondering what the next issue is going to be??!!

Cat, lately my life too seems to be a case of "if it weren't for bad luck I wouldn't have any."...

Roll with the , it can't last forever.

If it's not one thing it's another.
Did you have to pay to get line back up, as it was running to private property?

Too bad that line did not drop on the "pukes" who robbed Cat's place.

If you hang around critters long enough, the stories are endless. When I tell people that both my hips are metal, they go "oh my God, you're so young" Well, I've been kicked, stomped, bucked, squished, made a face plant that most folks would have suffered a broken neck, rode through a gate with an overhead stringer at full gallop that should left me permanently brain damaged.... oh wait maybe....???? Yup, them are the consequences. Would I change a minute of it?.....not likely.

Oh, yeah, I forgot my left rotator cuff which is slightly foobarded. Buddy and and I played a game duplicating what we saw in a Sly Stallone movie. The Afghanis ride towards each other trying to rip a goat skin from each other. We didn't have goat skins, but our jackets made due. I lost.

My wife now buys me Superman and Batman pyjama bottoms....LOL. Although, admittedly, I'm more like the Travelocity garden gnome with many broken parts.

Well guy, you know as well as I do that when a mule nails you, it was no accident. They are the sharp shooters of the equine world.
