I'm guessing there's some wire mesh roofing in your future?

Wink Due to new HR Department hiring restrictions

Looks like it's practicing to get on at IHOP.

Much cooler than losing them to a Fox or coyote.

Mesh is a pain when it snows heavy. Guess I just gotta make sure the coop is secured ever night.

I should also point out that the thief doesn't technically have hands

Heard they taste like turkey...we strung baler string across our old coop. Snow and leaves got through but the birds would hit it and not return
Got a friend who was losing cats. Sitting on her front porch one night I saw a heron land in a tree. Cats scrambled and we found out who the culprit was.

Overhead wires, every second one hooked to a ground, and the others to a cattle fencer.

Hey, I saw that video on Facebook, now I know who you are! No worries, secret is safe with me lol. I'm preparing for lots more chickens this year, and have to figure out a good system as I lost my last ones to predators as well.
