I likely shouldn't go near that place, but, I probably will. Always something interesting to look at.

Default Gun Show

So, how was the show? Tons of people as usual especially with the good weather?
I shot sporting clays instead.

Default sporting clays? Cowtown Bill

haven't you killed enough of that clay yet.
Tried cooking those clay birds Bill and I just cant get them tender. Maybe I need more wine?

Parking at Thorncliff continues to be the challenge as I heard a few say they drove around for 15-20 minutes until a space opened up but I thought the numbers of people were up compared to September and I had a great show selling 2 shotguns a .22 rifle and some small misc. stuff but the dealer behind me suggested that lower crowds in September contained more serious buyers so he had a better show for sales last September selling new off branded tactical looking shotguns. different strokes for different folks I guess. I cancelled my spring table at stampede grounds as I have nothing really left to justify paying the table fee and parking for 3 days to set up.

Default Gun Show

We’re heading in opposite directions, Rob. I will be at the Easter show and you’re not.
There were lots of people out shooting and taking advantage of the good weather. Good thing about shooting clays is you don’t retrieve and no cleaning.
Glad you had a good show.
Cheers
Bill
