Keelan, it is called bison hunting, suggest you burn some gas in your pick-up or sled looking for tracks and areas of feeding. It really works when hunting elk and moose should work for bison.

I'll be headed up hopefully January 5th I went and broke my leg on the CampWainwright hunt couple days ago so we're really hoping my recovery is quick I know I'm not going to be able to pound through the bush but I would miss this hunt. Sure glad I'm not one with the tag this year and just tagging along for the experience. Good luck to all

I haven't been up there for a coulple years. but I was successful south of the city by the lake. We drove until we found good tracks then followed them around.

On such low odds to get a tag why would you tease a guy for trying everything to be successful?
