Default Mystery Fish - What is it? Need your help.

Ok so my buddy caught this fish on the bow last year near 17th ave. I have looked at this picture but can't make my mind up. What do you guys think this is?? Unfortunately we only have the one pic!

Lake trout which likely washed out of Ghost lake into Bearspaw reservoir, then washed over that spillway in to the river. Long and skinny as it is probably tougher going in the river on a year round basis than in a lake...Have seen a few in the Bow, most don't thrive in the river or we would see them all the time...

I catch them in the oldman the odd time. Relics of the 2013 flood I imagine. Must have been quite a ride over the spillway.
