Cow elk 510

Having a hard time filling my cow elk tag in 510. Anyone know of any farmers having troubles with them? Thanks

I live in 510 , the elk have been very nocturnal , very few seen or shot this year . Good luck , my daughter also has a cow tag and we've had no luck either . Cold weather may get them moving ..... Keep trying
