Default sheep minister tag sold out

sold out first morning, 9000 tickets can't get a ticket , lady told me someone put a bid in for the remainding tickets , basically if u have 90000 dollars u get ur own minister tag i thought this whole system was suppose to be for all Alberta residents not just one like the other minister tag , brutal typical Alberta

Not the first time, won't be the last. They need to change that and put a limit on how many one person can buy. I know a couple guys who would spend that in a heartbeat, to get that tag.

90K for a tag when you can get a tag over the counter for pretty much everywhere just not when it's bitterly cold.

no thanks

the tickets for next year were already on sale? Why even put a limit on the amount of tickets printed?

Its all about keeping the rich happy, not raising money for the game.

You weren't going to win anyways.

This is just plain wrong. One of the Minister's tags can be purchased at auction. Obviously, this tag is only available to the wealthy. The opportunity to be drawn for the second tag was to be made available and within reach of all Alberta residents. A limit of one needs to be put on the number of raffle tickets any one person can purchase. No different than any of the other tags on the draw system, you get one chance per year. This would give all resident Albertan's an equal and fair opportunity. I can only hope that whoever bought the 9000 tickets does not get drawn.

I went on website after googling alberta minister tag. Printed off the sheet of paper with info, put 4xsheep 4xelk and 5xMule and scanned sheet and emailed back. Never had a prob.

This is how I have always done it.
