Default Getting Sausage Smoked

My hunting group normally does all its own processing, but I got a cow moose and it's too much for our smoker.

Is there anywhere that will smoke your sausage for you even if they didn't cure and stuff it? Edmonton area preferred, but would be interested in any location not too far from highway 2.

I tried Victoria Fancy Sausage because it was the closer of the two. Next day service for my meat, i was very happy with how they turned out, and the price was good too. I recommend them and probably won't go anywhere else for smoking.

K&K is my main shop for casings, pork, and good advice, but as gopher67 said they couldn't fit me in. I did set aside a little bit to try their game salami in January though.
