Question Muley draw, can add my son partner to this after?

Didn't think of this, or know enough about it when i put in. He got his first whitetail last year but be nice to have him help out on this muley draw. Has anyone added their kid post draw?

And for years going forward how does that process work in the draw applications?

Make sure he doesn't buy a mule deer tag of his own. Buy the youth partner license when you purchase the tag and assign him.

Partner licenses have nothing to do with the draw . A youth partner license is linked to your tag after you purchase your tag. Just be aware that although a partner license does not come with a tag, it may still effect what other licenses he can hold.

Well this worked great, just in case anyone else searches this up.

Dad buys his tags first. Then log into kids account and click on partner licenses right below hunting licenses tabs and pick and choose the ones. Kid partners on for $12.00 each allowable tag. Most species allowed.

Note: it only allowed one choice on the deer tags, so only mule deer draw tag in this case, it wouldn't allow him to partner on my whitetail also, which is fine, just an fyi

Thanks for explaining the process!
I’ll be adding my first time hunter in the house as a youth partner for a mule draw and moose draw. We’re looking forward to it
