not to be jerk, but as I get older its getting easier every year,
It is refreshing to see that both cartridges are being considered.
So often I see people looking at the "magnums" as the absolute minimum requirement.
Any sub 3000fps cartridge with regular cup and core bullets will do a person well.

I'm really starting to wonder if a bullet from both calibers go through the heart and lungs of any animal which one will die first?

Another vote for the .270. Lots of choices for ammo including Hornady and Hornady Superperformance.
