I'd say. Spent many many days out there over the past 10 years and have seen 1 moose. Lol loads of moose sign tho. Every where I walk in I see Moose sign, big prints small prints medium prints. Literally, walk in 10 feet from the road and you'll find a moose track. The one Moose I seen at the shell plant was a legitimate book Moose, I've seen a lot of moose on film and pictures with size comparisons to people and this Moose had a monster rack, it was phenomenal.

If you told me I had a 15 priority and I had to shoot that Moose, I'd not at all be able to wipe the smile from my face. This thing was magazine worthy as far as Canadian Moose go.

Good on you full time, although I don't hunt in that area it's nice to see you give a fellow hunter a good chance at filling a moose tag.

Needs to be more info on sightings of wild game! On this forum... even more communication out on the road hunting with other hunters instead of the quick wave...

You know, it's kind of nice that the OP is excited about seeing these Moose, and took the time to give such a detailed location of where he saw them. I have to think that he is not used to seeing moose, and figured he would help out another member that is looking for one. Well done.

There is gunshots all the time out there. Sometimes it seems like people go out there spec just to shoot their gun all day in the same spot, it's bizarre

There is an old gravel pit there, popular range.
