Default December on the calendar

This is really interesting. Look at the calendar This rarely happens!

The month of December this year has 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 5 Mondays. This will be the only time you will see this phenomenon in your lifetime! It only happens once every 823 years.

You're right! Twice as a matter of fact in 2012. January and July.
I guess I should have researched this before I passed it on.

This old chestnut has been around as long as Face Book and Twitter, or email. This is the TRUE definition of fake news. Almost every year has a month like this or the other version 5 Sun, 5 Sat and 5 Fridays.

Default Intersting

My sister sent a email thread like this around to the family a few years ago and I responded about how often it happens (essentially every year there is at least 1 month). My mom told me I was a smart ass and to be nicer. LOL

I like Strix answer better. it has a way better oooh aaaah thing about it than just saying "...uh, 6 years, duh."

besides, it's not like anyone else knew the truth until they googled it, I mean, there aint no savants who have that actual number stuck in memory, or in some freaky part of their brain that's perpetually matched to a calendar.

if strix brought this up around a campfire in the 70's , most would say "neat", but now everybody are only as intelligent as their fingers can type a question into their smartphone.

merry Christmas strix

I like then anomalies where one gets three pay days in a month.
