I wonder if any of these eco-idiots realize that this is a gas pipeline, gas that will be shipped to China where they are currently using coal, gas that produces about 66% fewer emissions than coal, drastically reducing carbon emissions world wide? Our nearest competitor to supply the gas is the US, and they have to ship it from the Gulf of Mexico, meaning the cost of shipping is about double, making our gas more desirable.
The worst part is, our own prime minister is too stupid to realize this. Seriously???!!!
