Anybody using this new streaming service?

So far I’m unimpressed, really glitchy and slow. Mobile App wouldn’t play a show at all.

It could be the questionable internet signal but Netflix works fine.

Have it. Was like that this morning. But remember it's a new service and how many people were probably trying to log on. Started working with no issues early afternoon. And been working great since. Nice selection of content.

I had issues yesterday morning, but by noon it was running perfectly on TV and iPads. Kids and wife are loving it. The Mandalorian was great, cant wait for the next episode tomorrow

I still haven’t been able to play a single show on the mobile App. Maybe it’s just my device then?

I was able to access the website on my laptop and stream programming that way. But less than ideal. And it was really glitchy and slow and reset many times.

Like I said before though my internet service is not great, however Netflix, YouTube etc all worked flawlessly.

Can you change the quality it plays at like you can with Netflix? Maybe that will help.

Yeah, I tried that and turned it down to the lowest setting.

Is anyone else using the mobile app successfully?

Did you guys watch a different Mandalorean than me? Our definitation of 'great' differs immensely. Wow lame. Favreau wrote it, makes sense.

I have the app working great on my s10+ and samsung tv but it doesn't appear on my lg

It could be that it’s because I’m using an old iPhone 5s since every modern phone I buy gets smashed. 🙄

The app loads and runs fine until you try to actually play something and then doesn’t work.

Again,

Netflix works fine.

I'm not sure if this will help you guys, but here's our experience so far.

We watched a Marvel "making of" mini doc on the PS4 and had no issues and the quality was great. Later on we started watching the Madalorian and it would freeze and skip.

We reset the app a few times and gave up, fired up the Chromecast and had zero issues after that.

As far as content, if you're not a Disney fan (or have kids that are) and don't care about Star Wars and Marvel, it's not for you.
