Default TMAC Resources gold mine @ Hope Bay, Nunavut

Do any members on here work at this gold mine, or know anybody that does, or did, etc. Just wondering if they are a good company to work for, what the camp is like, etc?

Default Hope Bay

Its been a long time and its completely different owners now. But I used to fly into there and it was a pretty solid outfit, safety orientated and a nice well run facility. Very cold and isolated obviously. Good luck.

Hello Treehound,

Thanks for the info, I was just hoping to glean some recent info on the new operators of the mine now. I worked at a diamond mine in the NWT, and would expect the same cold isolated conditions, but worse!
