Default Lake on trapline

Lake on registered trapline, private land on part of same lake. Who can trap the shoreline where the private land touches the lake? I can fish the lake where private land touches the lake.

You can trap the crown portion. But you cannot trap the private part without written permission from owner

Registered trapper has right to trap crown land. Registered trapper or resident trapper can trap private land with owners permission.

Default Trapping

Private land only goes to high water mark, does not touch the water. The
shore is crown land.
