Speckle 55 which lake was that whitefish from? I fish Sylvan and I get blood worms out of theirs.

Not every lake has scud/shrimp. if no scuds then choronomid/ blood worms will be their main food source. They have pretty much the same diets as trout. It can vary by what insect life is available, and minnows can be on the menu as well.

Calling it is almost all bloodworms.

The shrimp and the water boatsman don't surprise me, the clams do???

That said, if there are perch fingerlings in the lake, whites will be stuffed with them.
