Default SS's 2014 Trail Cam Stars

Finally got off my butt and went through the approx. 38000 trail cam picts that I took in 2014.

The video is a bit long; I am using a new program on a new OS on a new computer, so bare with me as I learn the program (biggest is shortening up the time with each frame). Also, apparently, using ripped music from a bought CD still infringes copyright.....so no music....

Anyways, here it is.....enjoy

Cheers

Cool video, thanks for sharing!
I cant imagine how long it would take to go through 38,000 pictures.

Great stuff, thanks for sharing.
I've never tried the salt but have been tempted to. Do you still look for a good location as you would without it, or can you dump it almost anywhere in the woods and get the results?
Thanks

Thanks for sharing those great pics. My favourite was the doe with 3 fawns. Pretty unussual.
Is that sidewalk salt or even water softening salt. Pellets looked quite large.

The salt is water softener salt. It has to be at least 99.8% pure.

I use the the stuff from either Wally World or CT.

I find best places are where two trails meet and it has some thick cover to help with the refection of the night flash.

If you do have moose around, put lots of brush logs around the salt, otherwise the moose will bed down right there and stay....all night or day. Been there, done that!!!

Cheers

Wow that bull elk was a beauty! 8x7 it looked like?! And that typical 5x5 whitetail had a huge body to him!

Some great pics.

The buck at 7:53 just might get a hole poked in him if I were to see him.........

Here he is last year.

In Velvet

and at his favourite wallow

Click on the picture for video.

We have chased each other around a little bit, but he has not shown himself. I now have a ladder stand overlooking the wallow and area.

He was hanging around with this guy last year.....this guy only showed up twice on my camera's and never saw him again. I heard he was seen last fall about 4 kicks from where the pictures were taken. And yes the date is right, late June.

Cameras are addicting!!!

Cheers
